I'm pretty sure he was joking. The commercial is for Dominos.

Well I was really wanting more feedback than that, but I'll do this anyway. I think I'll take nominations at 5 year intervals. So right now start posting nominations for 2000-2004. You can go here to see every movie made (in the US) per year. Foreign movie nominations will be accepted.

Shaun of the Dead :4stars: This was nothing at all what I was expecting. I was told it's hilarious, but I don't really agree. I obviously liked it, but I didn't find it hilarious. There were some parts that were supposed to be funny, but I just found them cute, not really funny. I enjoyed it though.

I've never even smirked at a banner ad before now. It was an ad for Vonage phone company, the "people do dumb things" ones. It was a picture of 6 men with letters painted on their chests that spelled out "ROD SEX".

Trying to track down a copy of Persuasion on DVD. Called Blockbuster, asked if they had the 1995 version. The guy says they have a version, but he doesn't know what year. He then asks if I know who is in it. I give him the names of the two leads. He says no. I ask what names he has listed as starri...

Re: superpower of my own

:D My superpower would be invunerability and super healing powers so i can do a bunch of crazy stunts that normal human beings would die of. I would never get sick but time would still kill me so it all works out. Do you really need the super healing powers if you're already ya know...invulnerable?...

Today I found out something that's not so much pissing me off, but it's definitely not too great. An old teacher of mine is sponsoring a trip to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland this summer, which I'm going to and very excited about. The problem is my ex-boyfriend's little sister is going as well. ...

Chalk me up as another person that can't stand text-speak. Is it really that tough to type "the" instead of "da"? Unless you're a Russian replying in the affirmative, you should never use "da". I would much rather spend an extra five pushes on my phone than "sound" like a Rastafarian. Also, what's ...

I think maybe it has to do with your humility. I would definitely not take all three. I'd feel guilty...like I robbed the other people of their chance to win something. If you are comfortable taking all three, I guess that's good for you, but I'd feel terrible doing it. But I'm also the kind of per...

Serenity :5stars: This movie was great! Simply great! I left the movie wanting more eventhough the movie was about 2 hours long. There was some plot stuff they left out, which was fine, because it was a movie, they couldn't fit everything in. Go see this, even if you're not a Firefly fan.

Hmm, hints... Well I honestly hadn't even heard of this movie before I saw it on TV. It was on a cable station a few days ago. It's got one big name, a semi-big name, and several people I'd never even seen before. Oh and there are 3 different plots. That's probably not much of a hint, but I don't wa...
