Re: Sherlock

First episode was very good. Second less so, but still better than most things on TV at the moment. Benedict Cumberbatch makes a very good Sherlock for the new millenium. I think the writers have toned down the arrogance to make him more likeable but he still demonstrates the complete lack of regard...

Re: Inception (contains spoilers)

My head is fucked and all the American Psycho quotes aren't helping, I've just finished reading it again. Two days after watching this movie something happened that seriously made me question whether this is reality or not. Something so utterly absurd I still think it's all a big wind up, and I'm go...

Re: The Last Three Movies You've Watched

Red Cliff part 1 :3stars: - Visually stunning and some great set pieces but the movie is ponderous and I suspect doesn't translate very well into English. Predators :2stars: - It just failed to ring my bell. The action never got really got going and the 'plot' never had enough to it to create any te...

Re: The IT Crowd

I love it. I love Moss's afro with side parting.

Series 2 is definitely better. It has a bit more of a Father Ted feel to it. The introduction of Matt Berry is excellent.

Re: The Last Three Movies You've Watched

Daybreakers :2stars: - Good idea, shame about the movie. From the snippets I'd seen I thought this was going to be 30 days of night with a Dark City backdrop. Turned out to be a load of ham actors nibbling the scenery, whilst the paper thin plot got screwed up thrown in the trash and replaced by a p...
