OMG: <insert actor's name> is in <insert movie title>!

All movie talk goes in here, whether it's a raving review or a ranting tirade. Basically, anything about movies.

OMG: <insert actor's name> is in <insert movie title>!

#1 Post by spivey » 15 Apr 2014, 21:46

My apologies if this already exists somewhere else. Thought it'd be fun to have a thread where people call out well-known actors they didn't realize were in movies they haven't seen in a long time.

Here's my offering: Michael Shannon in Groundhog Day. Mind. Blown.

Wow. I have one of those moments every time I watch Black Hawk Down (most recently when I realized that Tom Hardy was in it), but this find is incredible!

That can't be Tilda Swinton. She's not albino.

Batman: "Oh yes, Robin. Several things, in fact."

I would be surprised if I could actually recognize anybody in Black Hawk Down; they all look alike to me.

More obscure but the one on the right is Brie Larson (Scott Pilgrim, 21 Jump Street, Community...)
