Ok, so...I have a question (and so I don't spoil anything)...

Spoiler
Is Geller fucking dead or not??? And on what evidence do you base your answer? I'm 95% sure he's dead and was possibly killed by Travis himself.

Second question...

Spoiler
Why the fuck do I have to put a spoiler tag on this, when the fucking thread is called "Dexter" (spoilers)?????

Considering your first question was answered in the last episode, I'll answer the second one.
You don't have to and no one told you to. By the way, I did the same thing a month ago after reading a theory that Geller isn't a real person, because I didn't want to ruin the surprise, for other people, in case it turns out to be right.

I've been under the impression Geller was Travis' own dark passenger for quite some time now and, while it was great to finally get that confirmed last episode, the ending was disappointing. I'm sure for people who hadn't noticed Gellar never spoke to anyone else, did anything else or changed clothes, the ending was a big twist, but I can't wait to see how Dexter gets out of this one.

And does he really need 3 episodes to do that?

Thanks...at least you didn't pop in a week later and say "dead."

Is anyone else a little creeped out by tonight's episode? And I don't mean by the Doomsday Killer. :yikes:

In other news, I've two thoughts:

Did anyone else catch the little detail of the name of the boat that rescued Dexter? The Milagro? It's spanish for "Miracle". Sheila pointed that out. Nice touch.

Ok, that came out of nowhere.
At first my reaction was "woah, what's going to happen next", but than I started asking myself what the hell was she doing there?

she knew he would be there (because she assigned him to be there), and (per therapist's suggestion) she was trying to approach him and explain to Dexter that she is interested in a socially, though not genetically, incestuous relationship.

That's too convenient. He was supposed to be there, but went for a personal leave and then all the stuff with the Doomsday Killer happened. Was he really supposed to be there immediatly after all that?

I had a feeling this season would be a cliffhanger. I like it, though.

WTF is up with that friggin' ghoul , Louis? (the Dexter-obsessed gamer guy)

Yes, she told him to do a final sweep on the Church and he figured it was the perfect place for a kill room. He had set one up before when he thought Geller was still alive.

Brea Grant on season 6 is pretty cool

(yep, miles behind again, and trying not to read other posts as I don't wanna be spoilered and I have high hopes for this season as 3 episodes in it's pretty good)

Well... the finale was pretty tense and fast-paced in the first half... However, the second half was a bit disappointing.

The way they resolved the whole will-Deb-finally-find-out situation was eye rolling at best.

:green:

Watching them all over the last week, it worked okay from Deb's perspective, but that they were lucky enough to be standing behind the sheet when she came in was pretty bad.

Overall a bit of a let down from the previous seasons, but still really good.

I can almost take it or leave it now. How many seasons can it go with Dexter bumping into a new serial killer?

Still fun though

Just finished Season 6. Unfortunately I'd already heard about Geller and the cliffhanger, but I still enjoyed it.

You never noticed before.

Does anyone else think his character seems to be portrayed as gay?

Oh I noticed. I almost cried when Rome went off the air because I needed that weekly dose of Titus Pullo. Just glad to see he's ageing so damn well and that I get to watch him be all evil and British.

slash Ukrainian. Did you think he came across as gay? It may just be the fashion. I'm wondering if that's why he's so pissed that the bloke from Dollhouse got killed.

Yeah possibly. I thought earlier that they might have been related but I suppose that is also a possibility.

Either way, I'd hit that.

He's gotten better with age. Not that you ever had a problem with that.

Yeah I think he is gay as well...

But Ray has always been cool... I was relly looking forward to the Pilot he made called Babylon Fields where is is a small town sherriff where the dead were returning as zombies... this was before Walking Dead came on the scene so it seemed like a much cooler idea back in 2007.
