A few months later, I finally watch the second season and I thought the show was good. The way they treated the Hoder character was great after the first season finale when you wanted to step on his throat with your boot... Well, maybe it was just me then.
Anyway, I couldn't see the point of investigating another case. Or the evident "first" one which put Linden in the Psychological Ward the first time...

Anyone else watch the premiere of season 3? I thought it was pretty good, but Linden seemed off to me. Maybe it's the story line though. Two scenes were really hard to watch, imo. I can take gore, but the hunger cows and the rape were just too much for me.

Looks ok so far......willing to give it a shot. Since Linden had left the force (or was she booted, I don't recall), I'm wondering how she'll tie into the new investigation.

Too bad, she at least looked happy at first :(

So what did you think of the finale?
Spoiler
I kind of had it figured it was Skinner because of his banging Linden and all. I did not know it was him until the last episode, though. Makes me mad that Sarsgaard got hung and stuff. He did such a great job in this show. All in all, I thought it was a good season and I am glad they came back.

I'd still be interested watching the series this is based off of: Forbrydelsen

I've always found the originals series, compared to US versions, far superior (Cracker, Prime Suspect, etc). Of course it would have to be in English or with subtitles (I despise dubbing).

Anyone happen to know if it's available here (and how)?

I've scrolled to the bottom of the page without reading anything. I don't want to be spoilered. I watched the first two seasons in as many weeks, and am eager to watch season 3, but I will have to await a netflix release.

I perhaps should have posted this news here sooner (as opposed to MY tv thread)...

Netflix is streaming a FOURTH SEASON, starting TODAY (August 1st)!!

technically I'm posting with 10 minutes left of June 30th, locally. Whatever. I'm going to go watch it right now.

It's fun, it's healthy, it's good exercise. The kids will just love it. and we put a little sand inside to make the experience more pleasant.

Ok I finally watched the last season of this. Wow. Why was this cancelled? This was a great season, imo. Kinnaman's Holder is freakin' awesome...I love that man. They did a great job wrapping it up, and I love
Spoiler
that Holder had a little girl. I was kind of weirded out about Linden and him hooking up at the end, but after it sunk in...I think it was the perfect ending.

I'm sad that it is no more. :(

Didn't feel like making a new thread for The Catch, so I'm posting here. It was initially creepy to watch Mireille Enos happy and smiling. It's very over the top, but fun to watch.

Also, in life after The Killing, I really like watching Kinnaman, but really didn't like his Robocop.
