Pilot Episode: I thought it was pretty interesting. Worth giving it a chance. Anybody else watching?

Forgot to record it, but I've got it set up to catch one of the repeats.

We DVR'd it but haven't checked it out, yet.

Anyone else with an opinion on the show?

Not loving it, but intrigued enough to keep watching. Bichir is great, and I guess Kruger is too, but her character is difficult - and her interactions with Levine are really good.

Watched the first two episodes on Sunday. I like it. I'm going to hang on and give it a chance. I think this will work best as a one season start to finish story. Although this subject matter is terribly rich for plenty of interesting stories, someone is going to mine the border drama for a long run series but I don't think this is the one.

My DVR must have missed an episode (I swear it's possessed). Will have to try and catch on On Demand.....

Did I only miss one episode? All I've seen is the pilot.

Two episodes so far, third is tomorrow night. I watched the first two episodes on demand on Time Warner.

This is about what I feel too...
I think the show is doing a disservice though by not blatantly telling the audience that she has mild Asperger's.
That would have really made more people get her charater better. I only know this do to an interview I read before the pilot aired.

Guess that explains it. Is it possible they do in later episodes (only seen the first two so far).

Compared to other drek on TV, I'd give this a thumb's up (so far).

Spoiler
and having Diane Kruger walk into a bar and ask me for sex is an all time wish ;)

Just finished Season 2... awesome as ever.

Great ending as well, plus Saga is one of TVs great characters

You had me really confused for a minute, we were talking about this, and you referenced this. I was unaware, though not surprised, that the FX show was an America/Mexico rip-off of the Denmark/Sweden original. It fell off my radar for a while but I do plan on watching the rest of the first season.

Oh, apologies!!! But you really have to watch the original. In the UK we had the tunnel, and you have your version, but the original is simply awesome. Any euros would agree.

The UK version was a shot for shot remake of the original, wonder if your one is as well?
