Love that show.

I came to the Archer love late, but it stuck. Archer is my fallback for pretty much anything these days. It is on whenever I cook. It is on whenever I'm out of things to do. Pam Poovey might just be my fav TV character of all time.

welcome to the DANGER ZONE

 "What the SHIT, Kenny Loggins?!"

Splooosh.

Binge watched Flaked. 8 part dramedy on Netflix. Absolute genius show and possibly the best soundtrack on to in a long time.
And dibs

I just don't get Comedy Bang Bang.
Weird Al has stepped in as the new "Band Leader". I watched all of the first episode, then about half of the second. I'm not amused, not even a little bit. That kinda makes me sad, because I really want to like it, just for Weird Al, but I don't.

I quit after the first season. Should I pick it back up?

If the first season didn't grab you then probably no point. I thought it was really clever and seeing Kristen Bell swear and screw like a trooper is new to me. Plus Don Cheadle is just epically cool.

CBB is one of those shows where you have to watch more than one episodes to really get it. If you like podcasts, CBB was originally a podcast, maybe try that?

Anyone watching 'The Expanse' here? I've just started it, and it's pretty awesome so far.

Anyone watching Outcast? I recorded the whole series. I finished 3 or 4 episodes. I'm on the fence about finishing it. My patience is starting to wear pretty thin regarding the mysteries of the show.

Just finished two seasons of Angie Tribeca. If you're a fan of The Naked Gun/Police Squad! I recommend it.

I watched like 5 eps and then set it aside (but didn't delete it). felt to me like—as you say—it's in the vein Police Squad! (etc.), though it felt a bit ersatz to me. perhaps time to return and enjoy what I can have

I agree that it's not at the same level, but felt it was worthwhile.

I'm surprised that this hasn't been discussed anywhere as of yet.

Twin Peaks returns to TV May 21, 2017 (Showtime)

I didn't much pay attention to Twin Peaks when it first came out so I have been catching up through Netflix. The first season was good, lots of quirky characters and stuff. I am half way through the second episode of the second season. They jump so far over the shark they are in orbit, and this is only the second episode. It has become a very bad parody of itself. Does it get any better or is this why it didn't last longer? I thought it was cancelled after Laura's murderer was caught. Is the movie worth a watch? Not that the third season is on Showtime I saw something about David Lynch amping it up. Does that mean it will be even more out there? I'm not sure if I can make it through season 2.

I'm further behind than you are. I've never watched the show. I've thought about watching, but haven't been bored enough, or without other options.
