The Black Eyed Peas' "Let's Get Retarded" (unsurprisingly) got less airplay than their "Let's Get It Started."
Similarly, Cee Lo's "Fuck You" (unsurprisingly) got less airplay than his "Forget You."

What other instances of this can people think of?

Enrique Iglesias' Tonight lyrics in (mainland) Europe may be slightly different from the native English speaking world (Fucking you instead of Lovin' you).

Enrique Iglesias f/Ludacris & DJ Frank E's "Tonight (I'm Fuckin' You)" / "Tonight (I'm Lovin' You)" appears to fit the bill.

Are you only looking for song titles? Or prominent lyrics (chorus) as well?

I'm curious about the prevalence of examples in which the bowdlerized version is released under a different title.

(There are shitloadsboatloads of examples of songs edited for language, explicit content, etc. for which there is a "radio version" (under the same title, possibly with "Radio Version" (or the like) in the title, etc.))

Beck's "Loser" might fit. The lyrics for radio play are "Soy un perdador. I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me" I heard somewhere that the actual lyrics replace kill with fuck. I can't seem to find anything to back this up though, so it might not work.

P!nk released a song earlier this year called 'Fuckin' Perfect'. It's been cleaned up a bit for the radio version (featuring lyrics like 'Less than perfect' and "You are perfect"). Should fit this.

If you Seek Amy - Britney Spears got a radio edit to If you See Amy because otherwise it sounded like F-U-C-K me.

Also Eamon's "Fuck It (I don't Want You Back) for radio was just known as I don't Want You Back and basically just muted all the F bombs.

I think they censored a Taylor Swift song from 'I tell that you're gay' to something else, like 'you say'.

"That's fine, I'll tell mine you're gay" changed to "That's fine, You won't mind if I say"
But the title of Picture to Burn stays the same

What is the other title?

Is there a second title?
