I've got to form my own team. I think work found out I had a job interview witha rival company. Now one of the lads I have brought into the new team is calling us the new avengers and now I'm fucking Nick Fury and he is Hawkeye, we are looking for a black widow extensively

Not a huge problem, but just an issue that comes up when I'm posting avatar creations...

Maximum file size on attachments is 1MB, but my recent avatars are larger than that. This raises two questions for me:

1. What's the max file size on an avatar?

2. Is it possible to make these two max file sizes match (preferably to the larger of the two)?
