Both March 1. But I think that BuB is highly overrated.

It's too watered down for my tastes, although Roscoe Lee Browne was rather good:

Not sure, but maybe you can help to make it a reality:

Did both Derwins appear at the same time in an episode?

Apparently the reason I can't rent Peter's Friends online is because there is no Region 1 DVD.

Checked for it a bit, and can't find any info. Is there a definitive site for getting the status of any title? videobusiness.com and upcomingdiscs.com both didn't have anything.

No definitive site but one I check frequently is dvdtalk.com in the dvdtalk forum section. Already did a search for you though and yes Peter's Friends is not available on Region 1 and apparently out of print on Region 2. There is no word on any upcoming release at all of the film.

Thanks for that.

Guess now I have to figure out who I send the angry letters to. Think my MP might have better stuff to deal with, but hey.

Anyone up for a letter writing campaign?

If we can include Cool Hand Luke for Region 2, I'm there.

Can someone retitle the thread to something like "Why haven't these DVDs been released?" or something that's clearer to random FW wanderers?
