If there's a useless thread in here, chances are excellent that JJ created it.

I just met a girl named Nunis.

Robin: "Gosh, Batman, is there anything you don't know?"
Batman: "Oh yes, Robin. Several things, in fact."

So while I am away from civilization a movie comes out with both Colin Firth and Alan Rickman in which (according to the preview) they both drop trou, and no one on FW thinks they should email or pm me that little gem of information? I'm disappointed in all of you.

(Sadly the movies here are all dubbed in French not subtitled, so I elected to see Die Hard 5 instead, figuring there would be less dialogue/plot for me to not understand.)

Perhaps influenced by the lack of US release date (Coen²-penned-but-not-directed Gambit?)

Why don't people shut things behind them in movies? For instance: sneaking down a tunnel when people are chasing you and you leave the hatch open? Um, they are going to see that.

Wasn't sure if this should go here, or in Movie Madness somewhere, but.....

Just watched Zombieland for the first time the other day (awesome IMHO) and I recall this line by Tallahassee: "Six people left in the world and one of them is Bill fucking Murray".

Now I count Tallahassee (1), Columbus (2), Wichita (3), Little Rock (4) & Bill fucking Murray (5).

Who's # 6?

If you were flying from the west coast of the USA to Hawaii, how much would you expect to pay for a return flight in early August?

Just trying to get an idea of what might be a good price as I think about planning our honeymoon next year. Trying to decide if it will be cheaper to plan it all ourselves or get a company to do it for us. Thinking about possible stays in either San Francisco, Seattle or Vancouver as well.
Statler: Well, how do you like the film?
Waldorf: I've seen detergents leave a better film than this.

I dunno, $500 round trip. Maybe a little more.

If it's San Francisco, I think a mini-FWFF is in order.

Midrats and Patch it is then ;)

Thanks for the info. It might take a bit of organising doing it all ourselves but if it will save a grand or so I'm all for it. The cheapest quote I've had so far is 14 nights in Hawaii for just over £5k, including flights, transfers, hotel and something else. A hell of a lot of money!
