I was going to make this a "guess the list" but...

If there's a useless thread in here, chances are excellent that JJ created it.

...people (as always) are morons:
U2's One is named Number One lyric

A lyric from U2's 1991 song 'One' has been voted Best Lyric in a new poll.

The poll of over 13,000 music fans, including Noel Gallagher and Jon Bon Jovi, by music channel VH1 put the line "One life, with each other, sisters, brothers" in first place.

The Smiths' 'How Soon is Now?' ("So you go, and you stand on your own/And you leave on your own") was in second place while part of the chorus of Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' ("I feel stupid and contagious/Here we are now, entertain us") was in third.

U2's 'Where the Streets Have No Name' ("I want to run, I want to hide/I want to tear down the walls, that hold me inside") was ranked 11th in the poll.

The rest of the Top 10, in order, was:

Bob Marley - 'Redemption Song' ("Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery/None but ourselves can free our minds/Have no fear for atomic energy/Cause none of them can stop the time")

Coldplay - 'Yellow' ("Look at the stars/Look how they shine for you")

Eminem - 'Lose Yourself' ("Look, if you had one shot or one opportunity, to seize everything you ever wanted/One moment, would you capture it or just let it slip?")

Robbie Williams - 'Angels' ("And through it all she offers me protection, a lot of love and affection, whether I'm right or wrong")

The Who - 'My Generation' ("Hope I die before I get old")

Radiohead - 'Creep' ("I'm a creep/I'm a weirdo/What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here")

Marvin Gaye - 'What's Going On' ("Father, father, we don't need to escalate/You see, war is not the answer, for only love can conquer hate")
I'd think only The Who's line belongs in any Top 100 lyrics list. This is the UK's answer to Harriet Miers.
La la la la la.

I want to fuck you like an animal,
I want to feel you from the inside

That always seemed to be met with a lot of cheering.

It's fun, it's healthy, it's good exercise. The kids will just love it. and we put a little sand inside to make the experience more pleasant.
