The Men Who Stare At Goats

Director: Grant Heslov
Cast: George Clooney, Jeff Bridges, Ewan McGregor, Kevin Spacey, Stephen Lang, J.K. Simmons, Stephen Root

Plot Summary: A reporter, trying to lose himself in the romance of war after his marriage fails, gets more than he bargains for when he meets a special forces agent who reveals the existence of a secret, psychic military unit whose goal is to end war as we know it. The founder of the unit has gone missing and the trail leads to another psychic soldier who has distorted the mission to serve his own ends.

This looks very coenesque it has a great cast, and a good trailer, so count me in.

It's a special presentation at TIFF, but I'm not planning on seeing it, even though it made my short list (of the 100 or so films I wanted to see) because I figure it will be out in theaters.

As much as I don't want to like anything that George Clooney does these days, I saw the trailer for this and it looks reaqlly good. Count me in.
