I've been hearing rumors of DC working a reverse model of what Marvel has successfully done. On the heels of Man of Steel, the rumor has been that a Justice League film would soon follow. It appears this may not be far from truth.

Just announced: Batman & Superman

Well, then Affleck will be the only one to date to play both Superman and Batman.

I'd credit the abomination that was Daredevil to the director and screenwriters (surprisingly, also the same person), not Affleck. And hasn't Affleck been in a lot better movies after that?

Patton Oswalt said it a lot better a few days back:

I love Patton Oswalt, and I agree 100%, but he clearly never saw Gigli in a theater.

I mostly blame Gigli on Jennifer Lopez, whom I loved in Out of Sight, but hasn't done anything decent since.

Am I the only one in the world who thinks Jesse Eisenberg will make a good Lex Luther?

Although the whole 'Get me Heisenberg' jokes are pretty funny :D

(Plus, Jeremy Irons as Alfred is genius)

So, two bits of news...

Per IMDb, this is now an official title. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Ray Fisher (who?) has been added to the cast as Cyborg.

There has also been another film announced... Justice League. I still have the smallest of hopes that these are the same film. I doesn't make sense to call it Supes vs. Bats with Wonder Woman and Cyborg also appearing in the film.

It wasn't that bad. It was a lot better the second time around. Cavill was good. I thnk there's room for this film. (Eternal optimist)

MoS had its moments, Cavill was not a bad Superman. The last hour or so nerve-numbing. Two immortal guys punching eachother for half the movie's duration was tedious. Hope this movie is better.

I was excited for this movie, but the trailer is bad. It looks like its going to be business as usual for Superman movies being awful.

Really? I love it. Marvel is becoming too vanilla. No danger. No one dies. Well Loki dies in every film. Coulson died and came back too. BvS trying something different. Affleck looks awesome. It's more like Millers Batman. I can't wait.
