Trailer

Did I just read this?

A man named Mr. Smith (Owen) delivers a woman's baby during a shootout, and is then called upon to protect the newborn from the army of gunmen.

A dead hamster can come up with a better story. What the fuck is this? It looks so stupid, the chances of it being a fun action movie are slim.

I disagree. I think this looks like a John Woo bullet ballet, but with white people. I think it seems pretty fun.

So, you managed to move past the awe inspiring title, but than got stuck at the plot outline? What were you expecting? A thought provoking drama, set in the heart of the Mongolian desert, dealing with the hard life of a mongolian tribesman, trying to raise his family and care for his livestock at the same time, while nature deals him a raw deal?

Nobody gives mongolian tribesman a raw deal.

It looks fun. I'll watch almost anything with Paul Giamatti, especially if he's a bad guy.

Saw a review of this in Empire, and gotta say, can't wait to see it.

Allegedly, the script for this movie existed for over 7 years but was never picked up, and only got greenlit when the director demonstrated he could do some nifty set-piece stunts. I'm unfortunately thinking Smokin' Aces 2.

He was glad to get it.
