iPod Touch / iPhone Games
Enigmo rules. Highly suggest getting the Thinkers Game extension for it (which is free once you get Enigmo). Hours of 'fun'.
Any other game recommendations?

Re: iPod Touch / iPhone Games
Here are some recommendations. I can't remember which are free and which aren't, but just search for them in iTunes. I have 158 different applications in my iTunes library; this is a sampling of some that have managed to stay on my phone. (Note: not all of these will work for iPod Touch, specifically those needing iPhone hardware such as camera and compass).
Games
Airport Mania; ridiculously addictive.
Aurora Feint; good puzzle game with RPG qualities.
Blocked; simple slide puzzle premise, but addictive.
Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D; racing game.
Dexter the Game; not perfect, and difficult, but good.
Dizzy Bee; another addictive and cute game.
Enigmo (as mentioned above); excellent puzzle-type game.
Flight Control; like Airport Mania, more polished, less cute.
Guitar Rock Tour 2; yeah, it's like Guitar Hero. Fun.
Harbor Master; similar to Airport Mania. Addictive.
Lux Touch; kind of like Risk.
MotionX Poker; very impressive 3D dice interface.
Myst; a smaller version of the popular PC game.
Ramp Champ; arcade game, easily the prettiest game in the store and hugely addictive. Love it.
The Secrets of Monkey Island; new polished version of the old brilliant adventure game.
The Sims 3; not great, but if you like The Sims...
Solitaire City; hundreds of solitaire games.
Spore Origins; start as a single cell organism, progress through evolution.
Sudoku; get the one from Electronic Arts.
Super Monkey Ball; bet you know this one already.
Sway; cute and addictive game where you control a lizard by swinging him through the levels.
Tetris; not great, but a must-have.
Tris; very original and fun puzzle slider.
Music
Internet Radio Box; excellent radio application.
Midomi; identifies songs playing, say, on the radio.
Simplify Music 2; access your iTunes library when on the road.
Spotify
Social Networking
BeejiveIM; for MSN and other IM protocols.
Echofon Pro; the best Twitter client.
Facebook
Misc Utilities
Awaken; the best alarm clock plus flashlight.
Backdrops; to find cool wallpapers.
Classics; for PDF books.
Cocktails+; for all those recipes.
Convert ~ the unit calculator; self-explanatory.
FileMagnet; take files with you.
NetNewsWire; for those RSS feeds. Syncs with Google Reader.
Runkeeper; tracking run/walk progress, pedometer, etc.
ShoveBox; take notes and jot down other things, sync with computer.
Stanza; PDF book reader.
Things; the best utility for todo lists.
Where To?; find points of interest using GPS.
Photo
Best Camera; an excellent utility for improving pics you take.
Mobile Fotos; for Flickr.
Photogene; quick tools for editing photos.
Photoshop.com Mobile; mini-version for editing photos.
Movie stuff
Movie Genie; the best IMDb client.
Now Playing; doesn't work too well in Sweden, but hear it's excellent for showtimes and stuff.
Silly stuff
Cowbell Plus
Rimshot & Crickets

Max Injury is brilliant fun, throwing a crash test dummy down the stairs, strangely addictive..
I'd reccomend paying for the full version..

Counter Balance (puzzle game) is pretty cool. Though it's annoying watching these things get progressively harder and harder, knowing that the final ones will probably be nigh impossible.

Re: iPod Touch / iPhone Games
I'm liking some of these games mentioned... Never really used the apps all that much... ZA Lite (Zombie Attack Free) was one of the few I played a lot... Reminded me a bit of Tower Defense with slightly less strategy...
Blocked and Rope n Fly are two others I've played before this thread introduced me to some better games...

Re: iPod Touch / iPhone Games
Anyone else taking advantage of the Appvent Calendar? One free app every day between now and Christmas... I've installed each one (except for Day 1) but have had no time to play/test them... I've been told the weekend's pair are pretty good though -- Samurai Way of the Warrior and also Navy Patrol Coastal Defense (tower defense)
