I can't figure out if this is a settings issue on my end, but when I click on a thread with an unread indicator, it no longer takes me to the most recent page. I'm being directed to the first page, every time.

minor details, i know. I'm just sharing out loud hoping someone has resolved this in their settings, as opposed to clicking on the last page each time.
Look to the right and you'll see the page numbers. I've done the same thing multiple times now as well as backing out all the way to the FilmWise main page instead of the Forums. Damn that muscle memory.
Oh I found those quickly as an alternative. damn muscle memory is right. old dog, new tricks... etc. etc.

I have no experience customizing phpBB code other than the minor changes I've already made. The current style was created by someone else, and chosen because it had the closest look and feel to the old style, which (as far as I can tell) no one has duplicated completely.

Okay, got lucky - someone asked the style developer the same thing and they provided the new code to use. Doesn't look like I broke anything either.

Yeah, think it's something on your end. Still looks right in IE, Chrome and Opera to me, and I didn't try the last two yesterday.

He needs to update that Bat Browser. It's still on the 1966 build.

Think I have the imgurl tag working again, but it's not taking effect retroactively. If you want to get something to show up again, you can just modify the size a bit - I've made a few of mine 1 pixel bigger and it fixes them.

I've also added a new img500 tag that will resize an image to 500 pixels wide without needing to enter the value.

I know i'm probably beating a dead horse here, but there's got to be some bit of code to change the thread link from going to the first page of the thread to the last page of the thread.

That's how I remember it, and I'm not changing this when there are other links available to go directly to either the last page or last post. Use the numbered button for the last page or the "up-right arrow" button in the last post column.

All new users have to post first in the new user thread. Then knarf or I give them posting privileges. Spammers either don't try to post in the new user thread and their post doesn't work or luck out and get the right thread and we delete them.
