FilmWise Games Support Page   This is the Support Page for FilmWise's mobile apps. On this page, we will list all of the known issues that we have for each app. If you are experiencing a problem that is not listed on this page, please send an email to brian@filmwise.com. Thanks!   Whenever you first release a brand new app, there are bound to be some issues that arise. Fortunately, the issues so far have been relatively minor. That being said, we are planning an update to fix everything which we should have available within a couple of weeks. Thanks for your feedback, it is very helpful! Known Issues: Posting Scores To Facebook: The "Post Scores to Facebook" button is not working on some devices. We will have it fixed for the next update. Jail-Broken Devices: There is a problem that is causing the app to crash on most iPhones and iPads that have been jail-broken. We do not know what is causing this (and we do not have jail-broken devices to test with), but we are having our developer look into it. Minor Factual Errors: There are two questions that have incorrect years in them, but fortunately they do not affect the validitiy of the answers. In Quiz #10: Anything Goes #2, Question #12 lists the movie Fool's Gold as coming out in 1999, but it came out in 2008. Also, in Quiz #17: Author! Author!, Question #13 states that author David Foster Wallace died in 1998, when he passed away in 2008. We will fix both questions in the next update.   There are no known issues for Movie Invisibles at this time.   There are no known issues for Movie Poster Close-Ups at this time.
